Call for Submissions: 2022 App Competition Now Open!   NEW YORK, NY – Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) has launched this year's Congressional App Challenge (CAC), an annual competition designed to encourage student participation in computer science and coding. Students from New York's 13th congressional district are encouraged to register online and submit their app by November 1st.
