WHITE PLAINS MAN SENTENCED TO 12 YEARS IN STATE PRISON FOR 2020 ROBBERY AND STABBING.
White Plains, NY – Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah announced the sentencing of a White Plains resident who stabbed a man in the chest during a robbery in 2020.
Prince Rogers, 51, was sentenced on April 22, 2022, to 12 years in state prison, with five years of post-release supervision. A jury convicted Rogers after trial of Robbery in the First Degree, two counts of Assault in the Second Degree, Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, all felonies.
The case was before Judge Robert Neary in Westchester County Court, and was prosecuted by the Trials and Investigations Division.
