On National Drug Take Back Day, Saturday, April 30, The Way will be hosting a prescription drug drop-off event from 10:00 AM – 2:00 P.M. at the V.F.W. at 558 Warburton Avenue in Hastings-on-Hudson.

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s National Survey on Drug Use and Health shows year after year, that the majority of misused and abused prescription drugs are obtained from family and friends, including someone else’s medication being stolen from a home medicine cabinet.
