Espaillat, Diaz-Balart Urge Secretary Blinken to Focus Assistance and Diplomatic Support on Haiti and Dominican Republic.   WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Representatives Adriano Espaillat (D-NY-13) and Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL-25) sent a letter to U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken regarding the ongoing crisis in Haiti.
